Currency, taxes and shipping
All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Any applicable sales tax and shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase. Shipping rates and timelines are explained in our Shipping Policy.
When your order is processed
We start processing your order only after your payment has been confirmed. In some cases, a payment may go through an additional verification step before it is approved.
Keeping your payment safe
- Our site is served over an encrypted SSL connection.
- Payments are handled on PayPal's secure checkout. We never store your full card details.
- To protect our customers, we may cancel, hold or decline orders that appear fraudulent, and we may ask for additional verification before an order ships.
Refunds
Approved refunds are always returned to your original payment method. Timing and conditions are covered in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
If your payment does not go through
- Double-check your billing details, card number, expiry date and security code.
- Make sure your payment method has enough available funds and is enabled for online purchases.
- Contact your bank or card issuer, as they sometimes block new online merchants for your protection.
- Still stuck? Email [email protected] and we will help you sort it out.
